Our vision
We will support you in your quest to become the best version of yourself with the most personalised wellness services in Parramatta.
Our mission
We strive to create a safe haven where your curiosity can flourish, your self-assurance can take root and you can learn to relish your most precious belonging — your life.
Our values
We strongly believe in giving back to our community. That’s why a portion of all the profits we generate goes toward one or more charities. Every pass or program you buy supports a worthy cause.
If you are a non-profit organisation, or you’re currently a low income earner, please send us a message and we’ll work something out to suit your budget.
Our current charity is:
Bush Heritage Australia
For the next few months, our charity of choice is Bush Heritage Australia. 10% of your class passes, 12 class passes and programs will be going to support Bush Heritage Australia. Bush Heritage Australia is an independent not-for-profit that buys and manages land, and also partners with Aboriginal people, to conserve our magnificent landscapes and irreplaceable native species forever.

Getting started with Sava Therapies
We offer several products and services and know it can be difficult to choose where to start when they’re all so inviting. Here’s what we recommend.
Sava Therapies for beginners
Most beginners start with one of our yoga classes, which you can try for free so you can be sure Sava Therapies is a great fit for your needs. Once you’ve gained confidence with your yoga practices, you might like to develop a personalised program so you can more quickly achieve your individual wellness goals. This will also give you access to our coveted and relaxing Thai massage service
Beyond the beginning
If you’ve done a bit of yoga before, we recommend you start with a personalised program. That way you can start with Sava Therapies exactly where you last left off and you’ll be able to start achieving your wellness goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.
