Cognitive decluttering

This one is for all of us who overthink, spend a lot of time in our heads and who wake up continuing the conversation we were having with ourselves as we were falling asleep. 

Becoming aware of our thoughts and how they turn into emotions, physical sensations and automatic beliefs is a powerful way of letting go of chronic beliefs that hold you back from being the best version of you. It’s a way of becoming more aware of the stories we routinely tell ourselves, how that impacts our relationships and how we engage with the world. With both curiosity and an open-mind (and heart!), we can begin to let go of stories that are no longer true, or weren’t true in the first place.
